Great place to relax and enjoy the weather picnic or camp and drop ya boat in for a cruise. Picnic shelters or lots of large open grassy areas to kick ball or kids to run and get energy out. Rest rooms available only draw back for my family or that I noticed was the basketball area or concrete pad was too small. A++ on w everything else
Nice views. Would be a lot better if there weren't any houses and other man made structures ruining the view. It's a shame most of America's lakes are bought privately and can't be enjoyed by everyone. I guess to enjoy it you have to buy the property and put some giant personification of of an ugly ego so you can feel important or special about yourself. What a waste.
Enjoyed our time there. Very peaceful. Wooded area is wonderful, quiet and restful. Lake wylie is lovely. We walked down to the lake several times. Just sat and listened to the water lap on the bank.
Great family camp ground. Good location on the lake. Could use more boat ramps due to the amount of people using them. Suggest that thier should be separate boat access for paid campers along with the public access
Great park that is very clean. The rangers are very friendly and helpful. Restrooms are very clean an well kept.
